Pooda is leading the way with high-performance septic systems designed to meet Florida’s requirements at a more affordable cost, making it an easy choice for homeowners, simple for contractors, and better for the environment.
Pooda Industries
Septic Systems
Ocala & all of Florida
Pooda Industries came to Dillon Media Group and sat in our studio with some airline tubing, a small green box, and a dream to sell their newly-designed septic tank at an affordable rate for not just the Ocala community, but across the entire state of Florida.
Their product brought together Pooda Tanks and Pooda Bubbles, two technologies designed to work together as a more advanced septic solution. Now, everything around it needed to be built.
When Pooda came to us, they needed a recognizable brand. They needed a website that could explain a septic system most people had never seen before. They needed contractors to understand how to install it and homeowners to know how to maintain it.
They also needed a way to register tanks, keep track of installers, document servicing, identify individual systems, and provide the manuals required for the product.
This meant we were helping Pooda build the infrastructure around a new business. And Pooda needed a way to manage all of it. So when we first sat down together, we started with some basic questions.
Before the website, manuals, videos, or registration system, Pooda needed an identity. We developed the logo, colors, typography, and visual style that would eventually carry across everything else the company put into the world.
That gave Pooda a consistent look across the website, educational materials, videos, documentation, and even the physical tanks and aerators themselves. More importantly, it gave a brand-new product a recognizable name and identity.
The website needed to explain Pooda’s product, but it also had to become a resource for homeowners and contractors while also supporting the operational side of the business.
Contractors needed a way to register. And Pooda needed to know which contractors were approved, which tanks had been installed, where those tanks were located, and what service had been performed over time.
Our development team mapped out that process and built a custom portal around it.
Installers can now register, tanks can be entered into the system, service information can be recorded, and Pooda has one centralized place to manage those records. The registration process also includes automated emails that keep contractors updated as they move through each stage, giving Pooda a consistent way to communicate without manually following up.
Visit poodatanks.com →We also developed a Tank ID numbering system so every unit could have its own identity.
Those numbers were paired with durable, weather-resistant identification materials placed on the tanks themselves, connecting the physical product in the field back to the information stored online. This sticker is now part of the larger system that helps Pooda keep track of its products after installation.
A new product also has to be explained.
Contractors needed to know how to install the system.
Homeowners needed to understand basic maintenance.
Pooda needed standardized documentation it could provide to both.
We developed the written manuals, warranty materials, and supporting resources for the system. Our video team also traveled to Louisiana to film Pooda in action, creating an installation overview for contractors and a maintenance video homeowners could reference after the system was installed.
Now instead of relying on Pooda's team to explain the same process over and over, they now had resources people could return to whenever they needed them.
What started in our studio with some tubing and a small green box became a working business infrastructure. Pooda came to Dillon Media Group with an innovative septic product and a plan to bring it to market. By the end of the project, Pooda had:
Being part of the Pooda journey from the early idea stage to seeing the brand, systems, and resources come together has been one of the most rewarding parts of this project.
We’ve loved watching the vision unfold and building the pieces needed to support what comes next. Pooda is still growing, and we’re excited to see where they take it from here.
